Rates include custodial, utilities, and operational costs; however, special events and bookings beyond the scope of partnership agreements may incur additional custodial charges. All rooms, whether included in the partnership fee or booked separately, must be secured through our booking system. No partner has the right to use any room unless it has been booked in advance.
